The automatic gold in Dubai
Not only coffee is sold at automats but gold as well, especially in a country where so many rich people live.
Not accidentally, in the hall of luxury hotels in the UAE, managers have emerged machines selling gold coins.
Gold to Go “was brought to the emirate by a businessman in Germany, notes Reuters.
“It fits with the landscape here,” explains Thomas Geissler.
So far, from the device covered with gold leaf, customers can buy gold bars and coins of different weights.
All gold is imported from Germany.
It uses a computerized, ATM-Gold site updated every 10 minutes fixing gold price according to international markets.
