Black box of crashed Airblue plane recovered
Islamabad, Pakistan – Black box of crashed Airblue plane was found by the investigators searching the site, said civil aviation official on Saturday. It is hoped the black box will provide clues of the crash in which 152 people died near capital Islamabad.
Airbus A321 slammed into the hills overlooking Islamabad due to heavy rain and poor visibility on Wednesday morning after taking flight from Karachi. Recovery of victims’ bodies by rescue team became difficult due to bad weather and difficult terrain.
On Thursday, a day of national mourning was held and flags flew at half-mast in Pakistan. Many flights on the route were also cancelled after the incidence.
