Also named Young Player of the World Cup, Germany’s Thomas Muller wins the Golden Boot after finishing as the World Cup 2010 top scorer.
The 20 year-old German star succeeded to score five goals from just five shots on target.
The award surprised everyone, including Müller, who wouldn’t have thought to have such a big impact on football’s biggest stage.
By winning the Golden Boot, Thomas becomes the second successive German player to win the award, after Miroslav Klose in the 2006 World Cup.
