Iniesta scores for Spain
Iniesta scored the biggest goal of his life as he booted Spain to World Cup glory. It was a thrilling match as both teams fought hard and took the match into second extra time.
In the end it was a pass from fabregas that set up the the goal and sending thousands of Spanish fans at the stadium went into a frenzy.
Spain were dominant early on, but Netherlands came back strongly. There were plenty of missed chances for both teams, although it would be fair to say that Spain did not grab their chances with both hand.
Plenty of yellow cards also featured, some could be questioned, while the others were fair and necessary.
This was Spains first ever World Cup final and deserved winners after a wonderful exhibition of football all throughout the tournament.
