Gary Coleman Dies at 42
Former child star Gary Coleman is no more. The man who rose to fame as Arnold Jackson on the TV sitcom “diff’rent Strokes” has died.
Coleman died after being stricken with a brain hemorrhage after an accident at his home in Santaquin on Wednesday. He was rushed to a private hospital and then to another hospital later Wednesday night.
Coleman was one of the brightest television stars in late ‘70s and early ‘80s around which the NBC’s “Strokes” was built. It is also said that he was the inspiration behind this show’s title.
He could not grow taller than 4 feet 8 inches because of kidney condition nephritis.
