Apple’s iPad goes international
Apple’s latest baby iPad made its international debut on Friday, with buyers flooding into the stores, including some Japanese fans cosplaying as iPads in Tokyo’s Ginza shopping district. Reports from Tokyo, Japan said that there were so many of them to be among the first outside the US to get hold of the long-awaited tablet PC.
Ipad is a device, which has a 9.7-inch color touchscreen for surfing the web, watching movies, playing games and reading e-books, and many more, goes internationl as sales of the product starts in Japan, Australia, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Spain, the UK and Canada on Friday.
Another Apple’s flagship store in Tokyo, witnessed about 1,200 people forming a line that stretched some 800 meters before the doors even open.
