Tarantino, president of the jury at the Venice Festival
The famous filmmaker Quentin Tarantino will be jury president for this year’s edition of the Venice Film Festival, organizers announced.
The Event will be held for 10 days,from the 1st to the 10th of September..
Organizers have justified the choice by saying that Tarantino is one of the most important filmmakers of today. In 2004, Tarantino was president of the jury at the Cannes Film Festival.
Tarantino is the director of great movies like: Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs, Grindhouse, Four Rooms, Sleep with Me,etc.
In the 2009 edition, the jury at the official competition held in Venice was chaired by filmmaker Ang Lee.
