After having been sentenced to 90 days in jail, Lindsay Lohan vowed to appeal Judge Marsha Revel’s decision of sending her behind the bars for a short time.

Sources said the young actress proclaimed, “I’m not going to jail!“ This vow would also explain why Shawn Chapman Holley just threw in the towel and resigned.

Lohan’s new attorney, Tiffany Feder-Cohen, has already been in touch with the Sheriff’s Department.

Most likely LiLo will start her sentence on July 20 at the Century Regional Detention Facility in Lynwood, being placed in a special segregated cell for celebrities.
