Indian cuisine

Indian cuisine has ancient origins  diplaying a combination of different ways of cooking many due to the variety of ethnic groups living in that country.

These mixes gave birth to a true art which vary according to religion, wealth, taste and especially the climate.

The incredible aroma of India comes not only in the scent of jasmine and roses, but in the  flavored dishes, prepared with many spices.

In India it is a sign of literacy to use the right hand when serving meals. Indians only use the  spoon and fork, never a knife, saying often that “to serve a good curry dish, a knife is never needed.

Indians  generally consume water or fruit juice. If you desire a glass of wine, the rose is the best white wine and the red is not a good option when combined with Indian food.

At the end of the meal a cup of tea or coffee is served to  help digestion. Bottled water is essential for visitors but make sure you it is properly sealed.
