Google Inc: Indeed a shopping Spree

Google Incorporated has been buying companies during the first half of the year. Up to date, Google had bought 22 companies and has spent a cost of $1.1B.

Google Inc had listed 20 companies, although the price was not revealed. The total cost reached about $293 million or most probably an average of at least $14.7 million per deal.

Based on the record, Google’s is expected acquire video service On2 Technologies Inc for the price of $123 million.

This month, it was then announced that Google’s shopping spree has not come to an end because a $700 million deal from ITA software is set to happen though the deal is expected to close after approval from the regulatory board.
