Queensland Recall Petero Civoniceva for State of Origin III
Queensland star Petero Civoniceva returns from injury for State of Origin III against NSW next week, and its the only change Queensland have made. Ben Hannant was the unlucky player to be left out of the team that won the last game.
Queensland have already secured the State of Origin title for the fifth consecutive time and will be eyeing a 3-0 series whitewash when the teams meet at ANZ staduim next week. The game is also likely to be Queensland captain Darren Lockeys last Origin game.
Queensland team: Billy Slater, Darius Boyd, Greg Inglis, Willie Tonga, Israel Folau, Darren Lockyer (capt), Johnathan Thurston, Matt Scott, Cameron Smith, Petero Civoniceva, Nate Myles, Sam Thaiday, Ashley Harrison.
Interchange: Cooper Cronk, David Shillington, Neville Costigan, Dave Taylor.
