Obama seeks way to cut costs from spending bills
The White house has announced on Monday, President Barack Obama’s venture into sprucing up the U.S. congressional spending bills through a new proposal to the Congress. “Reduce Unnecessary Spending Act of 2010” will substantially lower the U.S. budget deficit.
The president’s proposal which awaits approval from the congress will be helpful in dealing with the budgetary challenges of U.S., according to Peter Orszag, the White House budget director.
Though the proposal is expected to curb unnecessary spending, it is prone to invite heated debates from law makers who find the president Obama’s effort to be a challenge to their vested authority.
