The workouts are mix of five essential components: aerobics, strength circuit training,power yoga, yogasana and stretching exercises.

Ideally, one should workout for around an hour everyday, if looking for a weight loss.

The session should begin with 20 minutesof warm-ups, which is followed by a 10-15 minute cardiovascular workout session.

A 10minute workout for the upper, middle and the lower body each follow. It is important to keep changing the kinds of workouts, placing stress on different parts of the body, be it hips or the tummy, on different days.

For eg., if someone works on the upper abs one day, the next daycan be dedicated to the lower abs.
