Exercise is good for Pregnant Woman
We may all know that too much weight is not good for you. How much more if you are pregnant, right? It is believed that obesity during pregnancy poses a greater risk not only for the pregnant woman but for her baby as well.
Paul Emerson, a public health consultant, advised pregnant woman to continue eating their usual meal but add more nutritious foods and engaged in daily exercise.
This is because pregnant women who does regular exercise such as walking are in no risk for future problems with the period of pregnancy.
Although, a rigorous exercise is not highly recommended after the second and third trimester to avoid bone problems that might develop.
