Technology: Robot that visits
Trevor Blackwell, CEO of Anybots, said in an interview that when he wants to know what his employees are doing, he will just send off his robot to the employees cubicle.
The robot is helpful, he also added. If you don’t want to interrupt somehow who is busy, you can just let you robot take a look to know when you can talk to them when they are no longer busy.
The robot contains a still video camera and a microphone. It stands 5-foot and weighs 35-pounds. The amazing thing about this robot is that you can see from your laptop what the robot sees and even hears what it hears. He can even project your voice when you talk.
