Droid X from Motorola versus iPhone4 from Apple
For the second quarter alone, Motorola Company’s earnings increase by over 600%. But despite its increase in earnings of 8.3 million phones they are still behind the Apple Company’s 8.4million units.
Apple is considered to be the top US phone manufacturer and vendor in terms of units sold.
The latest model of Motorola, the Droid X, is being help up against Apple iPhone4. Droid X has helped Motorola in increasing their profits in sales.
Moreover, 2.7 million of the sales from Motorola are smartphones. This means that Apple has sole at least three times more as many smartphones than the new model Android.
