Avoiding Plagiarism just child’s play

Plagiarism obtained from Latin word plagiaries, means “kidnapper.” Therefore, the writer who plagiarizes or in other words kidnaps other authors’ language, thoughts, and words and represents them in their own work without giving any proper acknowledgment to the source is plagiarism.

The stealing and passing off the contents of another or producing any notion or product from the originally existing source as your own is plagiarism.

One can say it is the usage of someone else’s idea or making the content in close imitation to another authors thought and language and presenting it under your own work is known as plagiarism. However, it is different from the copyright violation.

The best way to escape plagiarism is to make it sure that whatever details and information of another author or source is being used, must be put in quotations and along with, within a parenthesis (), refer the source and the page number.

Moreover, include bibliography, so as to include all the elements and sources from where the information is gained i.e. add to bibliography the source, the author, the publisher and also the page of publications.

Use credible source like the EBSCO because all the data in it is of credible source. Instead of paraphrasing, opt for putting data into quotes and attain the data from the credible sources.
