Rafael Benitez to leave Liverpool after failing to receive assurance
If rumours are to be believed, then Livrpool manager is Rafael Benitez is set to leave the club after he was not given assurance of funds to buy new players.
Liverpool had a bad season by their season and did not finish in the top four of the Barclays Premier League table. They also were not able to win the inaugural edition of Europa Leauge (they reached the semi finals).
This statement has come only days after co owner of the club Tom Hicks defended his and Gerge Elliots reign and the club and promised a decent amount of funds for transfer.
Rafa has been linked with Inter Milan after Jose Mourinho moved to Real Madrid after winning the Champions League with the club.
