Harry Redknapp, the manager of the season in the Premier League!
63 years old Redknapp, managed to bring Tottenham on the fourth place in the Premier League. Tottenham gets into the Champions League preliminaries for the first time in history.

Harry Redknapp became manager of Tottenham in October 2008. Redknapp became the second manager to win this award without getting the Premier League title, the first being George Burley, who won the same title for taking Ipswich Town on the 4th place in the 2000-2001 season.
