5 employees who deposits money in ATMs rob Rs 9 Lakh
Two men are arrested by the police, along with their three accomplices, on Tuesday for robbing Rs 9 lakh, at Jogeshwari.
Munna Yadav (22) and Ram Ashish Yadav (21) were employed with a company responsible for depositing money in ATM machines and were in charge of depositing cash in HDFC Bank ATMs across the city.
On May 19, the duo along with the three other accused allegedly planned the robbery.
Dilip Suryavanshi, assistant commissioner of police, said “The duo arrived at an ATM near a petrol pump on SV Road with Rs 9 lakh but instead of depositing it in the ATM they put it in the vehicle arranged by their accomplices and fled.”
