Low Carbohydrate diet works just the same as how Low fat diet works. Aside from the losing of weight the Low carbohydrate can do, it is also good for your heart too.
Both Diets can improve your cholesterol level but those that are on a Low carbohydrate diet get more good cholesterol than those on Low-fat.
