Gertrude Luna Vachon dies at the age of 48
Former wrestling superstar Gertrude Luna Vachon has died at an early age of 48. Her body was found at her mother’s home, according to reports.
Vachon was staying with her mother, as her house burned two weeks ago.
Daughter of “Butcher” Paul Vachon and the niece of Maurice “Mad Dog” Vachon, the wrestler has been working for the WWF, WCW and ECW during the 1990s.
People in the wrestling business such as have responded to the news on Facebook and Twitter.
“With a broken heart I am crushed 2 tell u that one of the most amazing people I have ever known has died. God Bless Luna Vachon. I love u.”
