Former WWE Wrestler Luna Vachon dies at 48
Former WWE Wrestler Luna Vachon dies at the age of 48, this morning in Florida. Her body was found by her mother around 10 AM this morning, according to law enforcement source.
Also known as Luna Vachon, Gertrude Vachon has been wrestling for the WWE since 1993, having gained fame as Bam Bam Bigelow’s “main squeeze.”
One of the toughest women wrestlers, Luna debuted back in 1985 with Florida Championship Wrestling, where she was a part of Kevin Sullivan’s Army of Darkness. Then, she had her WWF debut in 1993 at WrestleMania IX.
No cause of death has been determined yet.
