Ruben van Assouw, survivor of the plane crash- from dream to nightmare
The nine year old, Ruben van Assouw, from Netherlands was returning from a vacation that you live once in a lifetime : Safari in South Africa,when the plane crashed in Lybia, writes AP.
Nobody imagined that everything would turn into a tragedy.
Survivor family had planned a long vacation and the whole story , full of joy was posted on a travel blo
“The boys are counting days and minutes and have no more patience. Three more nights, boys!” wrote the survivor’s father on his travel blog, on April 23.
Reuben and his brother Enzo had gone for a long awaited journey with their parents Trudy, 41, and Patrick, 40.
The moment was special. The couple celebrated 12 years and a half of marriage, a tradition in the Netherlands.
“May 9, the last day of safari. A beautiful gift for Mother’s Day.”
Travel blog was discovered by a local newspaper in the town where the family lived.
