HTC Evo the first 4G phone, available in June
Starting June 4th, the new 4G phone, HTC Evo will be available for the sum of $ 200.
Offer is subjected to the completition of a mobile telephone contract for two years, said Sprint Nextel CEO Dan Hesse, quoted by PC World. Sprint is the third player on the U.S. mobile market.
Without the two-year subscription agreement with Sprint, customers will pay at least $ 450 for the first phone in the world that supports 4G services.
HTC EVO 4G has a 4.3 inch screen (800X480 pixels) and two cameras attached, it is equipped with a Sense interface and runs the Android operating system 2.1.
The device has a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor 1 GHz, 512 MB RAM, 1GB internal memory, Wi-Fi.
Like Nexus One from Google, the new 4G phone has four navigation buttons: Home, Menu, Back and Search.
