Dell launches tablet PC with Android Streak‎

Dell has made its presence in the league of companies who manufacture tablet devices by launching Streak tablet PC in Europe. According to the computer manufacturer, Streak alias Mini 5 is the first release among an array of small screen devices yet to be unveiled.

The Streak, with a 12.5 cm or 5 inches screen signifies the computer giant’s comeback in the handheld computer arena. Considered to be smaller than other tablets available in the market, the Streak functions on Android operating system.

First unveiled in January in the Consumer Electronics Show, the Streak “fits somewhere in between a smart phone with a big screen and an iPad”, said Mr Wood.
