Hermès hires Christophe Lemaire
Hermès, we can say is the gold standard for well-made products in fashion a cloth industry.
Hermès is also on of the few names in the industry that are family-run companies. Hermès is the name that can afford to make experiments, you make call it risks.
In yesterday’s reports it was announcement that the Paris house had hired Christophe Lemaire for women’s ready to wear line, succeeding Jean Paul Gaultier, amazed many people raising many questions to be answered.
Everybody agreed on the fact that it’s a bit of an unusual choice, given that Mr. Christophe Lemaire, at Lacoste for the last decade, isn’t upto the mark as the big name like Mr. Gaultier or his predecessor Martin Margiela at the Paris House.
