HC extends stay on Amar’s arrest till Sept 20
The Allahabad high court declares the arrest of Amar Singh who belongs to Samajwadi Party as general secretary.
He is arrested in connection with corruption at Kanpur.
The order is passed by the division bench comprising justice.
He challenged FIR loged against himBabupurwa police station of Kanpur.The expelled SP leader was President in the high court accompanied by eminent lawyer and fellow RS member.
He is still under court judgment due to the loss and corruption and many other loss to the people.
