But scientists have found new ways to beat heart attack by just exploring new features of certain food elements.
A tablespoon of fiber is enough as the dietary fibers in oat bran, or from the freshly ground flax seeds accumulate the fat and the cholesterol, and eliminate them by passing it in the stool.
Vitamin C, Vitamin B and E are beneficial for the heart as Vitamin B6, B12 and also the folic acid reduces the “homocysteine-level” which is considered harmful for the heart.
