A healthy heart is very important to live our lives to the fullest. Unhealthy living style and eating habits lead to problems like cardiovascular diseases.

In the period when many habits and preferences are shaped, they should be made to realize the importance of nutrition, physical activity, and healthy hearts. Children should be taught of the importance of healthy living.
They must get into the habit of working out every day so as to keep themselves fit. Parents should cultivate right kind of eating habits in children like eating at regular intervals and avoiding eating at times when it is not necessary.
Children should also be taught of the importance of eating food that has more nutritional value rather than junk food. Thus inculcating such habits would help the children in long run.
