Fifa World Cup 2010 – Netherlands vs Japan 1:0
After Wesley Sneijder has scored in the second half for a 1-0 lead over Japan after 75 minutes of their World Cup match, the Netherlands are on they way to the second victory.
After pushing forward and finally braking through Japan’s defense, Sneijder broke the stalemate with a hard shot from outside the area.
Japan brought on former Celtic forward Shunsuke Nakamura for Daisuke Matsui after the goal to harden their attack. But efforts from Yoshito Okubo and Keisuke Honda missed their mark.
