iPad 3G Tester – Speed Test
The new version of iPad, Apple iPad 3G features 2 important technologies that normal iPad doesn’t: 3G internet from AT&T and assisted GPS.
The iPad’s 3G speeds are very good, as loading pages over Wi-Fi and 3G is predictably vast.
On the other hand, performance of the iPad and the 3GS over the same AT&T 3G network are similar.
Even though, the GPS results exceeded the expectactions. Compared to an iPhone 3GS via Google Maps, the iPad 3G did it way better. The iPad’s GPS was more accurate and consistent, tracking the progress smoothly and nearly instantaneously.
