Wheat Supply From Russia is Slowing Down
Russia is know to be the third most largest wheat importer in the whole world and the rest of the Soviet Union has turned to the United States and Australia since their wheat shipments is slowing down.
According to Franciscus Welirang, the Chairman of the Flour Mills Association in Indonesia, and also the Biggest buyer, that the wheat of Russia and Ukraine has drained out.
They have been prompted by Russia about this situation.
The country is said to increase their imports of wheat used in flour from 4.1 million of last year to 4.3 million this year.
With this current situation, it is believed that exports will definitely drop form 23% to 14% million tons this year 2010 from an estimation of 18.2 million tons last year.
