Apple hits 3 million iPad’s sold in first month
Apple has just announced it has sold 3 million iPads since the touch-screen tablet computer hit markets less than three months ago.
They said that there were more than over 1 million iPads sold in the first month after the U.S. launch on April 3, and over 2 million iPads sold by May 31.
The release say it hit the 3 million mark on June 21.
In addition, shares of Apple rose $4.22 to $274.39 in midday trade on the Nasdaq.
