More Than 1,000 US Deaths in Afghanistan
The war launched in response to the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001, by The US in Afghanistan reached a milestone as the number of U.S military deaths in and around Afghanistan has reached around 1,000.
Since the combat operations began, 9 years ago, 1,000 service members have been killed in Afghanistan, Uzbekistan and Pakistan, maximum number of the service members dying in Afghanistan.
The deaths of the members affect the people, the leader and most importantly, the family members. Officials have warned that the number of fatalities will continue to rise.
There is yet another order from Obama administration to send additional 30,000 U.S. forces to Afghanistan in December to implement new strategy.
