Television grenades attacked
A Mexican television station was attacked with grenades in Nayarit State, west of the country. Fortunately nobody was injured, AFP reported.
Three grenades exploded outside the building. One of them reached the roof of the building and the other got right in the editorial office, said Enrique Berumen, chief editor of XHKG subsidiary Televista channel.
There were also gun shots. The facade of the building located in downtown Tepic was riddled by hundreds of bullets.
National Human Rights Commission demanded an investigation.
It is not the first time when such incidents occur. Another subsidiary Televista was the target of an armed attack in January last year in Monterrey, northern Mexico. There were no victims either.
