Olympic mascots, presented to the public

Their names come from two places meaningful in the history of sport in Britain. The first to met the two new mascots were school children who found out all about their name and story.
He said that it takes a good mascot and a logo for a good strong promotion of the Olympic Games. But the organizers presenting the logo said it had sparked anemic reactions from the public .
The two mascots are made of steel, and the Chairman of the Organizing Committee of Olympic Games, Sebastian Coe, said that they are more popular than the plush mascots.
