Samsung first unveiled its Galaxy Book - a Windows-running tablet that doubles as a laptop with its bundled keyboard accessory - in February at the Mobile World Congress. If you liked what you saw and wouldn't mind getting your hands on it, you'll be pleased to learn that Samsung has officially announced and confirmed the device's availability.
In the meantime, you'll be able to pre-order the two lower-cost Books starting tomorrow, April 21, from Samsung.com and "select retailers including Best Buy".
Starting April 21, Galaxy Book 12-inch LTE model will be available at Verizon Wireless for $1,299.99. As GSMArena reported, there are two versions of the 12-inch Galaxy Book - the Wi-Fi only and the LTE variants.
If the 10.6 is too small or if you are looking for an LTE 2-in-1 device, you can go for the 12 Galaxy Book. The official launch of the device takes place on May 21 and will be available in silver and an exclusive black version. Samsung Flow also lets Galaxy smartphone owners use their Galaxy S6, Note5 and later Galaxy phones as security authentication devices for their Book machines via the fingerprint readers in the latest smartphones. Add LTE to that larger model and the price jumps to $1,299.99.
The tablet would be available in silver colour across United States, whereas a black colour model is exclusive at Best Buy only.
